Your journal and notes are stored securely on your device—not on our servers—even the RE:belief team cannot open them. (Local-only storage on your personal device.)

When you need more professional support

RE:belief is a self-reflection companion—not a replacement for clinical therapy. If you’re in deep psychological distress, please seek licensed professional help as well.

Is RE:belief therapy?

No—it’s a companion for understanding thoughts and beliefs. If things feel heavy for a long time, it’s okay to use it alongside counseling or care you already trust.

Do I need to write every day?
